I had a decent stay at this hotel while traveling to attend my sister's birthday. The breakfast served by Pat was exceptional, but the experience was marred by understaffing in the bar area. The room was comfortable enough but I left with the feeling that management should consider hiring more staff to improve service during peak times.

I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn in Heald Green, especially because of its incredible location right next to the train station, making it super easy to get to Manchester Airport. The rooms were really comfortable and quiet, and despite its proximity to the airport, I found it surprisingly peaceful. However, my experience with the dining options left a bit to be desired, especially at the Beefeater next door which didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, it's great value for money, especially if you're traveling with family.

Staying at this hotel was quite an experience. It’s very close to Manchester Airport, which is super convenient, making it easy for us to catch our early flight. The rooms were generally comfortable and reasonably quiet, but we faced some hiccups with service that could use improvement. The Beefeater restaurant next door was hit-or-miss regarding quality, but overall, the stay was decent for the price.
